Self employed? Bored of working at home on your own?  Tired of being in busy cafes? The Hamilton Hub could be just for you...

The Hamilton Hub on the 5th floor of Hamilton House is the home to hotdesking, providing flexible, affordable desk space on a temporary or long-term basis.

Hotdesking is sharing office space with others rather than having your own fixed desk space so that you can use it on a part-time basis. A practical alternative to working from home, the suite has inspiring views of Bristol and lots of open space.

We have also developed a culture of 'Co-working'. 'Co-working' is the gathering of people working independently who are also interested in joining a community of like-minded individuals, which provides great opportunities for networking and working better together than you can alone.

Everyone is eligible to use the space, whether you are self-employed, starting up a new business or simply need somewhere to work productively for a day.We currently have permanent and part-time hotdeskers using the space.

Cost

Hotdesking is currently £10 per day or £150 per month including the use of facilities and services.

      Communal kitchen and sofa area, cleaning and utilities
      Hamilton House tenant lunch every Thursday (£2)

Opening Hours

Office hours are: 9-5pm Monday – Friday

Access card available for 24/7 access (£10 deposit)
