Coexist has a range of light airy offices available to rent, from open and shared areas, to private, closed spaces. Currently Coexist houses a variety of organisations from festival planners, to award winning social enterprises like The Bristol Bike Project. To push forward our core mission of creating the best possible spaces for the community, Coexist is looking to welcome groups from a range of backgrounds that all share a passion for social and cultural improvement.
We are working to make Hamilton House a viable hub of community action, which seeks to improve and develop connections and investment within the community of the building and throughout the wider Bristol population. Our unique blend of social enterprise and artistry in one building offers invaluable networking opportunities to any business or organisation who are looking to expand their contact base and give something back to the community.
All offices come with Wi-Fi, 24-hour access if required, post service and communal kitchens, encouraging tenants to make the space their own. As a tenant you will also benefit from a weekly tenant lunch hosted by The Community Kitchen project, which creates brilliant networking opportunities between all areas of the building.
Coexist also offers a range of event spaces for hire, perfect for conferences, seminars, training days and workshops, which as a tenant you receive a 25% discounted rate. We additionally invite all tenants to take part in socials, open studios and one off events. There is also a fortnightly newsletter sent out to both the tenant community and the general public, which promotes events and opportunities within Hamilton House; as a tenant you are welcome to post announcements you wish to be circulated here.

Coexist also provides a volunteer run reception desk, that at the time of writing, is open 9am – 9pm Monday to Friday. This functions as a welcome point for visitors and clients.
Enterprise space costs £12-14 per sq/ft pcm; this is inclusive of services including all utilities, Internet & security.
